Our association aims to link the owners of furnished properties in order that they better understand the complexities of law and taxation.The union of landlords will make our views known to the authorities when laws are being drawn up. Our Association aims to contribute to the development of furnished properties in Marseille and the surrounding area :
- to represent the landlords
- to bring landlords and prospective clients together without the need for a third party.

We are affiliated with the "Chambre syndicale des propriétaires et copropriétaires de Marseille et des Bouches du Rhône" which permits our Association to benefit from their legal advice, contract forms and texts of laws. Finally the "Chambre syndicale des propriétaires et copropriétaires de Marseille et de sa région" produces a quaterly newsletter which gives a progress report on the latest developments of tax, law, and government projects.
To ensure the quality of the furnished accomodation presented to the public an inspection will be made by our Association ; the property must conform to the description advertised by the landlord. Property inspected will be marked "visited". Those that have not been inspected, will be marked "not visited". Our association takes no responsability for those properties not inspected. The lanlord is also expected to abide by the terms of the "Charte et devoirs du loueur en meublé". To join the ALMM, contact our association.
